Nuptials and Animals

We had such a fun weekend! Can I just say that I love fall and all the fun things that come along with it. I have so many things I want to do this fall, I just hope we can fit them all in. This past weekend we were able to check one thing off my list. We also went to one of Jason's fraternity brothers' wedding. The wedding was beautiful and we had so much fun seeing everyone and catching up with friends we haven't seen in a long time.

The beautiful bride and groom!
Apparently David and I didn't get the memo about being a wierdo. ;)

Jason will kill me if he sees this, but no wedding is complete with out him stealing the dance floor. :)

No wedding is complete either until Jason has taken over the mic...usually to sing "I Like Big Butts".

Our only picture together....at the end of the night...looking rough, it was way past my usual bedtime.

On Sunday we slept in since it was so late when we got home Saturday night and after Caden's nap we decided to go to the Lazy 5 ranch.  I have been wanting to go and it was such a pretty day so it was perfect.  It is one of those places where you drive your car through and the animals come up and stick their heads in your windows so you can feed them.  We decided to do the wagon ride instead of the car and we all had so much fun...well Mason slept the entire time but I think he enjoyed himself. :)
Caden was a little unsure at first...the animals were big and were coming at him with their mouths wide open.

He decided to sit with Nini for a little while where it was a little safer. :)

I love this picture...they are looking at him like "Dude where's the food?"

Ah, yes there it is!

The "g-raff" as Caden calls it...at this point all he kept saying was "feed it" to everything and he would take handfuls of the feed and just throw it.  Right after this picture he was on Jason's shoulders and he threw a handful of food and it landed all over another lady on the wagon. Kind of embarassing but she laughed. :)

This cow was HUGE...and he was basically attacking me, look at that tongue. Yuck!
Our little family on the wagon...sweet Mason is hidden.
Walking to find some more animals to feed, this place was so neat, they had all kinds of animals to walk around and see, from camels to peacocks to parrots.

Walking with Dad to the playground.

Lazy 5 was awesome...we could definitely spend all day there because there was so much to do, unfortunately we went a little late in the day and they closed so we didn't get to see and do everything but we will hopefully go back soon.  Looking forward to many more fall adventures! :)
