2 Month Mason

So it is 9:00 on the 22nd and I just realized that Mason is 2 months old.  The whole day I thought it was the 21st!  Needless to say days kind of run together! Mason's two month appointment was scheduled for Friday but his pedi is going to be out of the office that day so now we don't go until October 5th.  I can't wait to find out how big he is.  He looks huge to me and I know that at 5 weeks he weighed almost 12 pounds!
Mason is already in size 2 diapers and 3-6 or 6 month clothes.
So at 2 months Mason nurses about every 3-4 hours and he eats super quick, usually about 15 minutes.  He usually will eat, then "play", then take a nap.  Sometimes he still wakes up, eats and then goes right back to sleep. :)
He is a really good sleeper and takes good naps during the day.  He usually goes to bed around 8 and gets up once at night to eat, around 2-3.  His wake up time in the morning vaires, it usually depends on if Caden wakes him up or not.
Mason is the sweetest, smiliest (is that a word?) baby ever!  Pretty much if you look at him or talk to him he starts smiling, and he has the biggest, open mouth smile.  He also has two of the cutest dimples you have ever seen, which doesn't hurt. :)  The past couple of weeks he has also started to try and "talk" back to us.  He goos and gaas with the best of them and it melts my heart when he does.
He loves to lay on his playmat and he just grins at the toys on it.  He also loves his swing, and usually takes most of his naps in it.  This week Mason has also discovered his hands and he loves to suck on them.  He is not a fan of tummy time and sometimes he doesn't really like being in his carseat.  He rarely cries, only if he is hungry and I don't feed him fast enough or if he wants a change of scenery.  He is a pretty laid-back guy.

We are so very in love with this precious boy and I thank God every day for blessing us with him!
We are so undeserving of such precious babies!
We love you "little" one! :)
